The room was spacious and equipped with a fridge and microwave, perfect for family convenience. The staff were friendly and professional, contributing to a cute atmosphere. The area feels unsafe, especially with unsolicited encounters outside the hotel, which detracts from the overall experience. There were issues with the room keys that many guests, including family members, faced .

The location is central.

Everything was really good, however a few employees were not very friendly. Location: the hotel was right by Casino/ Basketball Hall of Fame and Springfield, MA and many local attractions and events. Besides, it was about 15 minutes walk from Springfield Museums.

the parking lot was a bit tight. but the breakfast was really good, especially the tater tots. the room was super clean, and we loved how quiet it was. check-in was fast and easy.

Actually everything was wonderful, my next choice again in Springfield. Room was impressive and huge, the place itself was wonderful. All of the staff was absolutely lovely and great and attentive to guests.

The hotel was very clean and spacious, with a microwave and fridge in the room. The location near the highway was perfect for my work meeting, and the front desk staff were friendly and professional. Parking was easy and secure.

The parking lot feels cramped for the size of the hotel!!! It would be helpful to have larger trash cans to accommodate guest needs!!!

Comfortable stay despite issues

Our room was spacious and inviting, with soft pillows, made for a restful night. The staff was quick to offer help wherever needed.

Unfortunately, parking was quite a hassle, especially returning late in the evening. We struggled to find a spot for our smaller car.

My family really enjoyed the clean room and the cozy indoor pool during our stay. While we relaxed in the pool area, it felt super inviting and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only downside was that the WiFi connection was a bit spotty, but it didn't ruin our trip! 😊

The queen room with two queen beds was spacious and had nice amenities like a tv, microwave, and tea/coffee maker. The indoor pool was perfect for the kids, and there was a fitness center available. Breakfast had a good selection, including warm options, made mornings stress-free.

It was just a smart choice for a holiday in Springfield with very good value for money. The breakfast had a good selection of items, a nice surprise. Make sure to arrive early for breakfast to beat the rush.
